Art Of Fury bidding process

 

Artwork Description

 

Art Of Fury proposes artworks for bidding. These artworks are sold as is. They are all original work made by independent artists and inspired by interactive games published by the Swedish game publisher Raw Fury. The artworks are of different sizes and formats; some being original canvas and other digital prints. The artworks are in physical format as exposed in the Art of Fury galleries, i.e. by acquiring one of them, you acquire the actual physical version of it but you do not acquire any online sketch or files.

Bidding

 

To participate to the auction and make a bid, you need to be at least 18 years old.

To win an auction, you need to have the highest bid when the auction expires.

All bids are binding. In other words, once you bid on an artwork, you acknowledge and agree that in case this bid is the highest proposed, the purchase of the artwork shall be binding for you.

Once received, the price for any sold artwork will be divided as follows:

  • 30% of the amount will go to the artist (and cover administrative fees), on top of the original commission paid when they submitted their artwork; and
  • 70% of the whole amount will be split and distributed equally between the below listed charities:

Win and Pay

 

When you win a bid, you will have five (5) days to pay the amount of your bid and related shipping fee (as specified below) by using the following payment method: PayPal. For more info about PayPal, please visit: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full

The minimum bid for each artwork is: 150 EURO (including tax)

To which shall be added:

Shipping fee to be paid for each artwork (no matter the shipping method): 30 EURO

 

Get your artwork home

 

If possible, please pick up directly your artwork in the city where it currently is exposed (Stockholm or Zagreb). In such case, the shipping fee will be given entirely to the charities listed above. Please contact us at art@rawfury.com to get the exact address of collection.  

Otherwise, your artwork will be sent by post to the physical address provided by you.

 

Purchase Conditions

 

When making a bid, you agree to comply with the following rules:

  • you are responsible for reading the full artwork presentation page before making a bid or commitment to buy;
  • you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an artwork when or if you have the winning bid (or if your offer for an item is accepted in another way);
  • you accept the terms that apply for the payment method that you use when you buy an artwork;
  • you agree that the artwork shall be provided AS IS, i.e. in the state and format specified in its information page; and
  • you accept the terms that apply for the shipping method that you have chosen when you buy an artwork.

 

Intellectual property Rights

 

By winning an auction and paying the bidding and shipping price, you will be the owner of the artwork that you won and no other physical copy of it will be available for purchase, i.e. your physical exemplar will be unique. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree and acknowledge that the artwork may still be reproduced, displayed, and use in any form of media (including but not limited to, inside a game, an advertisement, a stream, a video, an event) by Raw Fury or in the artists’ portfolio, for purpose of advertising his/her art only.

 

Applicable law; Disputes

 

The validity, interpretation, and enforcement of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the substantive laws of Sweden, and any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, shall be settled by the district court of Stockholm, Sweden.
